Our vacation home is located at the foot of the Zahmer Kaiser. Thanks to our central location, many leisure and sports facilities are within easy reach, such as the Fohlenhof, the Raritätenzoo, the Hallo du, to name but a few. Furthermore, you will find numerous cycling and hiking trails, which also lead you to the Kaisergebirge nature reserve with its many alpine pastures and huts. A playground is available for our younger guests, and we also have a lovely barbecue & chill area. We are a certified partner of the Tiroler Familiennester and are therefore well prepared for families with children. Baby equipment, visit to our sheep barn. Free internet, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and balcony are part of the equipment and you will receive eggs from our happy hens on request. We would be delighted to welcome you to our family-run house.

A dining table and a deck chair are on the balcony. Above the kitchen, accessible via a ladder, there is a loft bed in which two children from the age of 6 or teenagers can easily find room. The bathroom has been recently renovated. A cosy flat with a large dining table in the fully equipped kitchen. As with the other flats, this flat also has a barbecue garden with table tennis for the free use of our guests.
