Enjoy your holiday in our delightful flat at 1000m in a secluded location on the ascent to the popular commuter lookout mountain overlooking the Inntal and Kaisergebirge mountains, in the special Thiersee. In the midst of enchanting nature and surrounded by numerous adventure opportunities, there lies our modern detached house, which welcomes you as our only guests. Our 20m² terrace and the garden with a great view of the surrounding mountains invites you to linger in a quiet location. You can cater for yourself in our new eat-in kitchen or indulge in culinary delights at the popular Gasthof Schneeberg opposite, which offers regional and seasonal produce. We are the starting point for numerous sports and leisure activities, such as skiing, tobogganing, cycling, great hikes or in 3.5km to the bathing lake. You can reach the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, the Kitzbühel and the Bavarian Alps in no time. In the village centre (3.5km) you will find everything you need for your catering.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a TV and direct access to the terrace and garden. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer and the toilet is separate. The kitchen and the common living-dining area are fully equipped. A table for 4 persons and a pull-out sofa bed are included. The area can also be used for writing on the PC. Also, the entire outdoor area, lawn and terrace with table and chairs can be used by the guests. We have a separate entrance and a key safe, which makes check-in very easy, if desired.
We have a free parking space for you. From there, access to the holiday flat is via a staircase or across the lawn to the separate entrance with key safe. It is very anonymous, as the apartment is at the back of the house.
