  This pretty cottage is easily accessible by car, even in winter (cleared roads). There are 4 parking spaces directly at the house.
  
  The house is designed for max. 6 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom (underfloor heating) and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living-dining room, the pellet stove with its viewing window creates a romantic atmosphere.
  
  The Binderhäusl is located on the edge of a small settlement, directly on the edge of the forest. This little wood with the small stream is the ideal adventure playground for children.
  
  The Thiersee incl. playground can be reached by car in 5 min.
  
  The small skiing area "Schneeberg - Hagerlifte" is about 300m behind the house, ideal for families and beginners (ski rental and ski school available). The natural toboggan run can also be reached by car in 5 minutes (toboggan rental).
  
  For our 4-legged guests there are numerous walks and hiking trails available.
